Code of ethics and conduct

Vircell has a Code of Ethics and Conduct and a Complaints Channel, which is applicable to all administrators, workers and collaborators of the same. Said Code indicates the duty of all the people who form VIRCELL or operate in its environment to guide their professional acts with the highest commitment to integrity, responsibility, quality, customer orientation and, ultimately, to patients. The Code specifies the catalog of principles and values ​​that constitute benchmarks of conduct in the Company. It also uniquely specifies the reprehensible behaviors and, therefore, prohibited and, finally, establishes the mandatory COMPLAINTS CHANNEL, which will have the objective that all members of the organization can effectively reveal those forms of action that may lead to regulatory breaches. or violations of the values ​​and ethical principles that inspire the Company, with the aim of preventing and correcting them, where appropriate. By establishing this Whistleblowing Channel, the Company is adequately adapted to Directive (EU) 2019/1937, regarding the protection of people who report violations of Union Law, popularly known as the "Whistleblowing" Directive.
