Genome Sequencing of AmpliRun® – Molecular Controls

At Vircell S.L., we are committed to providing high-quality molecular controls. To enhance traceability and reliability, we have conducted whole genome sequencing for our AmpliRun® DNA/RNA Controls.

Using next-generation sequencing (NGS), we ensure that each sequenced genome is directly linked to our physical controls, minimizing discrepancies in public genomic databases and improving confidence in reference sequences. Our rigorous methodology includes nucleic acid extraction, multiplex PCR, sequencing on the iSeq100® System, and advanced bioinformatics analysis.

The sequences obtained have been deposited in the NCBI database, reinforcing transparency and accessibility for the scientific community.
