Luisa has a Degree in Translation and Interpreting at the University of Malaga with a Master's degree from the University of Granada. She has extensive experience in customer service in the tourism sector. Before working at Vircell, Luisa has lived and studied for 6 months in Denmark.
Luisa works in the Customer Service Department as a link between the Technical Department and our clients. Her role is to provide the necessary information in each case and to give the fastest possible solution to the customers' demands. The specific follow-up she carries out on each incident ensures that we can provide a timely response in each case. In addition, Luisa personally attends to the requests for information and registration that we receive daily through our website.
